2nd Global Medical Physics Continuing Education Course This course is designed for practicing clinical medical physicists in Africa. The weekly 6 months course which was initially developed following needs assessment conducted in collaboration with the Nigerian Association of Medical Physicists and the Global Medical Physics Education and Training Committee (GMPETC) of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM), is now being offered for the second edition in collaboration with FAMPO. He has worked in different capacities in the Federal Ministry of Science and Technology and the Federal Ministry of Solid Minerals Development before joining the Nigeria Atomic Energy Commission where he currently serves as the Deputy Director and Head, International Cooperation and Liaison Department.
