Entry Requirements

The Admission requirements are as stated in the Obafemi Awolowo University’s Regulations Governing Postgraduate Studies. A candidate for admission to the Master’s Degree shall be a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University or a graduate of any other approved University with at least a Second Class Honours (Lower Division) Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Physics or Physics.

Entry Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Applied Physics or Engineering Physics with minimum of Second Class Lower from the University of Lagos or any other recognised University.
Candidates will be required to satisfy the Department in a selection process.
